Refund Policy

All sales conducted through our auctions are final. We operate under an “as-is, where-is” policy, meaning that items are sold in their current condition at the time of auction. Buyers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect all items prior to bidding, as we do not guarantee or warrant the condition, functionality, or authenticity of any items sold.

Non-Refundable Sales

Due to the nature of auction sales, refunds are not issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the lot, any discrepancies regarding description or condition, or faults discovered post-sale. By bidding, buyers acknowledge and accept this policy.

Inspection and Due Diligence

All statements made in catalogues, advertisements, or during the auction are opinions and are not to be relied upon as factual representations. Buyers are solely responsible for conducting due diligence to ensure satisfaction with the lot before placing bids.

Disputes and Default

In the event of a buyer defaulting on payment or failing to collect purchased items within the designated timeframe, the Auctioneers reserve the right to resell the items and retain any deposits to cover associated costs. This process does not constitute a refund or return but is a remedy for the recovery of funds owed.

Exceptional Circumstances

We strive to maintain transparency and consistency in our operations. However, we reserve the right to review unique cases at our sole discretion. Any decision regarding refunds or adjustments will be made by the Auctioneers and is final.
